Refund Policy

1. General Policy
SatJupiter offers a free 24-hour trial before any payment is required. We strongly encourage all customers to test the service before purchasing. Because IPTV subscriptions are digital goods that are activated immediately upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription is active.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds or service extensions may be granted at our discretion in the following cases:
- •Service is completely unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to our infrastructure failure
- •We are unable to activate your subscription within the agreed timeframe
- •You were charged twice for the same subscription
3. Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
- •Change of mind after activation
- •Buffering or quality issues caused by your internet connection
- •Incompatibility with a specific device not listed on our supported devices page
- •Individual channels being unavailable (channel lineups change periodically)
- •Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in suspension
- •Requests made after 7 days from subscription start date
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us via WhatsApp or our Contact page within 7 days of your purchase. Please include:
- •Your subscription username or registered phone number
- •Date of purchase and amount paid
- •A description of the issue with any supporting screenshots
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 24 hours.
5. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in permanent suspension of your account and all associated subscriptions. We encourage resolving any issues directly with our support team first.
